edium fat parmesan style cheese. Matured for 15 months. A great cheese which is as happy on a cheeseboard as it is grated over your pasta. Made using traditional Italian methods but with a vegetarian rennet in place of the animal rennet. The only cheese of its type to be Vegetarian Society Approved

Good alternative

Different taste to Parmesan but a very nice cheese in its own right.
